Executive Director and Staff Threads of Hope

 Hi, I'm Jillian Reagan, and I will be serving as the Executive Director for Threads of Hope. As a proud Cheyenne native, wife, and mom to two teenage boys, I bring both professional and personal passion to this work. I have a background in psychology and criminal justice and I have spent the last six years serving as a Disciplinary Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Board Liaison, supporting leadership, governance, and strategic initiatives. I’m excited to step into this new role and continue strengthening support for youth and families in our community.

Hi, I’m Nathaniel Williams, Deputy Director for Threads of Hope. After spending eight years in Wyoming’s foster care system, I’ve dedicated my life to youth advocacy and leadership. I’ve served as a spokesperson for AdoptUSKids, Outreach Coordinator for CASA of Laramie County, President of the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council, and a Governor-appointed member of the State Advisory Council on Juvenile Justice. I’m honored to help support youth and families through Threads of Hope, ensuring every young person feels seen, supported, and valued.
