A proud Cheyenne native, Jillian brings a unique blend of professional expertise and deep personal dedication to her work supporting local youth and families.
Jillian’s professional foundation is rooted in her background in psychology and criminal justice. Over the past six years, she has served as Disciplinary Specialist for the Professional Teaching Standards Board for the State. She specializes in supporting leadership, governance, and driving strategic initiatives forward. Her diverse experience in navigating complex institutional frameworks allows her to lead Threads of Hope with both empathy and structural precision.
As a wife and mother to two teenage boys, Jillian’s commitment to building a stronger, safer, and more supportive community is deeply personal. She is thrilled to serve in this leadership role, leveraging her passion and experience to meaningful, lasting resources for families throughout Cheyenne.
Nathaniel Williams - Deputy Director
Hi, I’m Nathaniel Williams, Deputy Director for Threads of Hope. After spending eight years in Wyoming’s foster care system, I’ve dedicated my life to youth advocacy and leadership. I’ve served as a spokesperson for AdoptUSKids, Former Outreach Coordinator for CASA of Laramie County, President of the Wyoming Youth Advisory Council, and a Governor-appointed member of the State Advisory Council on Juvenile Justice. I’m honored to help support youth and families through Threads of Hope, ensuring every young person feels seen, supported, and valued.
